Piet van Leeuwen had inderdaad een kantoor en opslag op het terrein van molen "Welgelegen", zie daarvoor een bevestiging d.m.v. onderstaand krantenknipsel van 21-11-1932: "Zwijndrecht. Inbraak. In den nacht van Vrijdag op Zaterdag j.l. werd een ongewenscht bezoek gebracht op het kantoor van de firma P. van Leeuwen Jr., IJzer- en Metaalhandel, welk kantoor zich bevindt op het opslagterrein „Welgelegen" aan den Ringdijk, alhier." Als periode zou ik noteren: 1953 - 1965. Wanneer ik Pim's uitleg lees over het kadastrale kaartje 552_230231, moet ik daar toch iets van zeggen want als ik hem goed begrijp zegt van het als water ingekleurde deel met het nummer 3114 dat dit het balkengat is. Dat is dus niet zo. Het balkengat ligt op de tekening gezien geheel rechts en is dus ook een flink stuk groter. Links van "3114" zie je de contouren van 'Welgelegen' met aanbouwsels. De molendatabase geeft aan dat de molen van 1696 is en dat hij in 1939 gedeeltelijk werd ontmanteld en pas in 1965 geheel werd gesloopt. Het gebouwtje wat je linksachter op de foto zie staan is mogelijk het bouwsel op de kaart net links van de vier huisjes. De foto is overigens niet pal naar het noorden genomen maar meer naar het noordwesten toe.
